Our Shipping
and Return Policies
We do things a little
differently here. For shopping ease, all
of the prices listed INCLUDE shipping
cost anywhere in the Continental US
(Alaska and Hawaii may cost extra). Why you
ask? Because we want
to keep your shipping costs down. There
are many domestic and international shippers to choose
from these days and committing to just
one can be costly. Therefore, we have
decided to utilize our shipping
resources and carefully choose the one
that benefits you. So instead of buying
a ten dollar spark plug and then having
to pay another eight dollars for
shipping, you'll now be able to buy that
same plug and only pay for the
appropriate charges. Make sense? If not,
e-mail us and we'll make sure that it
does.
We will work extremely
hard to ship your order as soon as
possible! Orders usually ship within a
few business days, though sometimes
unexpected delays caused by a
manufacturer or distributor can result
in a delay. As soon as your order is
shipped, we will e-mail you with a
tracking # so that you can see where
your items are... a perk for you and
protection for us! (USPS First Class and
Parcel Post packages do not have active
tracking, but a delivery confirmation
number will be sent instead)
For expedited delivery
options or shipping outside of the
Continental US,
please contact us BEFORE placing your
order as additional charges will apply.
If you
need to cancel your order for any
reason, contact us by e-mail
immediately. We try to get your items
out very quickly so time is of the
essence. Once your items have shipped,
you may not cancel your order. However,
you can return any unopened items within
14 days minus any
PayPal
fees and you will be responsible for
return shipping. This means that the
original packaging must be in tact and
NOT opened. Windscreens and special
orders are not
returnable. We reserve the right to
withhold a portion of your purchase
price if the returned items don't comply
with this policy. Please understand
this... you wouldn't want to buy an
opened quart of oil or a used muffler
for full price, right?! All returns will
be in the form of store credit unless
purchased through PayPal.
If there is something specific
you're looking for and we don't have it
listed, just shoot us an e-mail and we
will do our best to find it. Really, we
don't mind... we have access to
thousands of
parts not listed. Special requests are
never a hassle with us! So enjoy and
